Each month, the Literacy Council celebrates students at our Lunch and Learn meeting. We also invite members of our community to serve as speakers on topics that may be of interest to our adult learners. In October, our keynote speaker is Katina Levingston, founder and president of the Tough Kookie Foundation in Texarkana. Everyone is welcome to attend.
