Practical English: Everyday Situations

Build on your foundational English skills with Practical English: Everyday Situations! This course is designed for learners who are ready to move beyond the basics and focus on real-world scenarios. You will gain practical language skills needed for common experiences such as dining out, making and attending doctor's appointments, and communicating with your child’s school. Through role-playing, interactive exercises, and real-life dialogues, you’ll enhance your ability to navigate these essential situations confidently and effectively. Join us to refine your English and make everyday interactions easier and more enjoyable!

GED Preparation/Adult Basic Education

Students interested in earning a GED or strengthening reading, math, or other academic skills can work with our tutors one-on-one or in small groups to prepare for success.

Lunch & Learn

Each month, the Literacy Council celebrates students at our Lunch and Learn meeting. Come join us for a little bit of lunch and a whole lot of learning!
